Hanno Elbraechter

Hanno Elbraechter has been Member of Group Management of DKSH and Head of Business Unit Technology since September 2014. In this function, Mr. Elbraechter oversees about 1,300 specialists in 18 countries across Asia. Before joining DKSH, he spent more than ten years at Deckel Maho Gildemeister (DMG). In his last position, he was CEO Asia of DMG.

Hanno Elbraechter graduated from Ecole de Management (ESC) de Bordeaux, France, and University of Applied Sciences Muenster, Germany.


Stephen Ferraby

Stephen Ferraby was appointed Head Corporate Affairs & Strategic Investments in July 2015, responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Country Organizations as well as Fashion & Apparel and Food & Beverage retailing. He is Chairman of DKSH Malaysia, which is listed on the Malaysian stock exchange. Mr. Ferraby joined DKSH in 2010 as CFO for DKSH Thailand and was later appointed Head Country Management Team for DKSH Thailand and Regional Vice President Finance for eleven countries in Asia. Prior to joining DKSH, Stephen Ferraby held the position of CFO Asia Pacific at CEVA Logistics and before that was CFO and CEO at a private equity sponsored company. Previously, he spent eleven years at Exel PLC, six years in the UK and five years in Singapore and was appointed CFO Asia Pacific in 2001. From 1985 to 1995, he served in the fields of audit, advisory and corporate finance at Ernst & Young in Australia and the United Kingdom. Stephen Ferraby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (First Class) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.


Peter Jensen-Muir

Peter Jensen-Muir is the Executive Managing Director for Cummins Asia Pacific Pte Ltd overseeing the Company’s daily operations and ensuring that we meet our customer, community, financial and operating commitments across the region which includes Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, South Asia, South East Asia, Korea and Japan. Jensen-Muir joined Cummins in 1988 in Melbourne Australia in the equipment sales department. In his 30-year tenure with Cummins he has held several other roles within the company including Distributor, Power Generation, Engine, Automotive and Mining segments. Currently resident in Singapore, he has had overseas assignments in the United States, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Born in the dairy farming community of Warragul, Victoria, Australia; Jensen-Muir attended Monash University, Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).

Sanjay Pandita

Sanjay Pandita is the Executive Director – Controller for the Distribution Business Segment and has responsibility for overseeing the Business Unit’s global financial operations and ensuring that the business unit meet financial and operating commitments while ensuring controls and compliance regulations. He has over 20 years of experience with Cummins and held several positions in various business units including Engine Business, Power Generation, Components and Accounting Services.

Born in the Northern part of India, Sanjay Pandita attended school in India and then moved to USA for further education and graduated with Master’s degrees in Engineering and Finance and his Accounting Accreditation in UK.
