Hanno Elbraechter

Hanno Elbraechter has been Member of Group Management of DKSH and Head of Business Unit Technology since September 2014. In this function, Mr. Elbraechter oversees about 1,300 specialists in 18 countries across Asia. Before joining DKSH, he spent more than ten years at Deckel Maho Gildemeister (DMG). In his last position, he was CEO Asia of DMG.

Hanno Elbraechter graduated from Ecole de Management (ESC) de Bordeaux, France, and University of Applied Sciences Muenster, Germany.


Carl Johan Soderstjerna

Carl Johan Soderstjerna joined DKSH (Thailand) Limited in 2018 and is Head of Country Management and Chief Financial Officer. In his function, Carl Johan oversees the Country Management Team, manages the financial processes, ensures proper governance of the organization and execution of the strategy in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for DKSH’s biggest market with 12,000 employees.

Prior to joining DKSH, Carl Johan spent 17 years with Novo Nordisk in various international positions throughout Asia, South America and Europe, with his last position as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis of International Operations based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Carl Johan has a Master in Finance and Accountancy from Copenhagen Business School.


Peter Jensen-Muir

Peter Jensen-Muir is the Executive Managing Director for Cummins Asia Pacific Pte Ltd overseeing the Company’s daily operations and ensuring that we meet our customer, community, financial and operating commitments across the region which includes Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, South Asia, South East Asia, Korea and Japan. Jensen-Muir joined Cummins in 1988 in Melbourne Australia in the equipment sales department. In his 30-year tenure with Cummins he has held several other roles within the company including Distributor, Power Generation, Engine, Automotive and Mining segments. Currently resident in Singapore, he has had overseas assignments in the United States, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Born in the dairy farming community of Warragul, Victoria, Australia; Jensen-Muir attended Monash University, Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).


Shveta Arya

Shveta joined Cummins in 2016 as the India Strategy leader and the Chief of Staff to the MD She was responsible for identifying and pursuing major strategic growth opportunities in India. She strengthened the India strategy team by inducting diverse internal and external candidates, coached and mentored them to build a talent pipeline for significant roles in the ABO. She also setup the Growth Office in India to identify and pursue innovative and disruptive growth ideas.

Apart from this, Shveta sponsors the Cummins Powers Women program in India – a part of the global community initiative committed to the advancement and prosperity of women and girls around the world.

Prior to joining Cummins, Shveta led Strategy and M&A for Thomas Cook India where she drove acquisition of 3 travel companies based in India, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. She held various other roles during her stint at Thomas Cook including managing P&L for the Airport Foreign Exchange business, leading Foreign Exchange products growth through the online channel and introducing technology based solutions for delivery.

She also spent a few years with A.T Kearney, leading consulting projects in India, South East Asia and the Middle East. Her project experience is across various segments like Telecom, Automotive, FMCG & IT Service mostly focussing on cost reduction, efficiency improvement and customer service.

Shveta holds a degree in Master of Business Administration from IIM-Ahmedabad and a degree in Engineering in the Information Technology stream from Delhi University.
